Masterclass Friederike Lampert | Kerstin Kussmaul MIND THE DANCE LAB

The Mind the Dance Lab gives a practical introduction to various approaches to creative documentation. Both workshop days begin with an overview of the different facets of Mind the Dance.

On the first workshop day, Kerstin Kussmaul introduces somatic-based strategies of documentation. On the second day, Friederike Lampert explains her Self-Coaching-Modell for dance teachers: step by step, participants will create a personal teaching map, which visualizes areas of work and as a self-coaching approach helps to analyse one’s own teaching.
